Day 12: 100% back on plan and focused.

Today I got weighed, The result… 1.5 pounds off (0.6kg)! That makes a grand total of 6 pounds in just 12 days! Just goes to show that even though I was naughty over the last few days I was still maintaining some control. I beat myself up and felt guilty for sneaking a sausage and ice cream and hobnobs, trifle, more ice cream and a chicken kebab, but I made better choices. For instance I did not smother my kebab in mayo and I opted for a small kebab rather than a large.

Ann my CWP consultant was great when I explained that I had gone off track and how I was dreading weigh in. Her reply to my text read “You may be surprised, I think this heat is causing people to come off plan, too many temptations like bbqs and ice creams! Don’t look back just keep to plan tomorrow and I’ll see you Thursday x”.

That text message helped me, it didn’t make it ok that I had fallen off plan, it did make me feel more positive as I had felt quite low and guilty the last few days.

Now onto the most amazing yummy dinner! Oriental Soup with chicken. Simply make up the CWP soup and add chicken chunks. I actually pulsed it in the nutri bullet to get the chicken chunks, you must try it, it’s simply delicious.
