Do you sort meals for specific days? Do you have a go-to meal you eat regularly? Keen to find out your regular meals!

I’m thinking of setting up a routine to follow because I think it will really help me stay on track. Here is my planned routine, let me know your thoughts….

  • BREAKFAST
    • Monday-Friday
      • Porridge CWP Product
    • Saturday
      • 2 Egg Ham & Cheese Omelette
    • Sunday
      • Bacon, Egg & Wholemeal Toast
  • 11AM SNACK
    • Monday – Friday
      • 100g Watermelon OR a Peach
    • Saturday
      • CWP Bar
    • Sunday
      • CWP Caramel Bites
  • LUNCH
    • Monday – Friday
      • CWP product
    • Saturday
      • Homemade Courgette Soup
    • Sunday
      • Soup or CWP product
  • DINNER
    • Monday – Friday
      • Chicken, Salmon or Prawn Salad
    • Saturday
      • Chicken Kebab Fakeaway with wholemeal Pitta and Mint Cucumber Yogurt Dip
