Day 4: Just Get Through The Day!

I have a weigh in tomorrow! In case your wondering, you weigh in after a week usually, as I wanted to start ASAP I saw Denise on Saturday so I could start the plan right away then transferred to Ann who happened to run her sessions on Thursdays!

I can’t help wondering how much I’ve lost. I’ve weighed myself at home and my scales say I’ve lost 3 pounds but still another day to get through. I think as long as it’s a loss I’m going in the right direction but I want a big loss and I have been really good. Knowing weigh in is tomorrow spurs me on today!
