Day 7: Don’t stress yourself by beating yourself up!

1 week on plan and I’ve veered off course! Sound familiar?!

It’s Sunday and im not feeling it. I’ve nibbled a few things I shouldn’t have today, I ate an ice cream and 2 frankfurter sausages and 4 hobnob biscuits! Ffs! I don’t have any reason why I did it. Yes I want to succeEd but I couldn’t help myself. I think of my friend Amie and how successful she has been on the plan and how she has pushed through and that stops me sabotaging the day. I pottered in the garden, brushed the dogs and laid on the hammock relaxing. For tea tonight it was king prawns and broccoli, delicious. Now to move on and not beat myself up about it. It could have been worse.
