Blog #37 – Goals! What are your goals? Comment below as I’d like to know!!

I keep thinking about my long term goal, which is to be back to a size 10 by Xmas. But what about all the short term goals along the way!?

My shorter goals are as follows:

1. Always Lose: Always try to lose every week when weighing in. Even if it’s not very much of a loss, a loss is where I want to be headed every week.

2. Lose a total of 1 stone by end of September. That’s 1 month to follow the plan and lose hopefully a dress size.

3. Lose a total of 2 stone by the end of October.

4. Lose a total of 3 stone by the end of November. By this point I will be near to my long term goal.

  1. I’m loving that you’ve set short term goals. I’m struggling now to get to the big goal so have broken it down to achieve little successes each day. Well done Rach, so proud of you 😘 xxx
