Today I realised I’ve been on a diet for like forever! It started when I was young, approx 11. I started restricting my food. It then developed into reading beauty magazines promoting diets and then escalated to undertaking every single diet known to man! You name it I’ve done it! WW, SW, Atkins, Keto, Clean9, SlimFast! I’ve been trying to follow a diet on my birthday and over Xmas and quite frankly I’m sick of dieting, which is why I’m on Cambridge!

Cambridge promotes speedy weight loss, if I can spend 3 months on Cambridge following the plan as my consultant advised me I could lose the remaining 3 stone I have left to lose. That’s right, by Xmas I can will be at goal! I will be at goal in just 3 months! I can do this! You can do this! All you have to do is do it! Sounds easy right?! It’s not going to be easy but that doesn’t mean it’s not achievable! If I was in this frame of mind every day I’d be winning – so how to remain focused?
