Cravings are HARD to deal with! How do you manage your cravings? For me sometimes I handle them and sometimes I don’t. How do I get to the point where I’m focused and can say no to my cravings?

For me if I cut out chocolate I find it easier than trying to eat chocolate in moderation. In my head I think to myself “Nope, no chocolate allowed, it’s just for a short period of time so eat something else or go distract yourself”.

I also listen to well being books such as THE BINGE CODE and NEVER BINGE AGAIN. I find that by purchasing an audible book over a physical book or ebook I will take the information on board. Simply pop headphones in and away you go, listen when cleaning, walking, driving, gardening, in the bath, chilling on sofa, before bed as a wind down, in the morning when applying makeup, the list goes on!
